How to Root Xolo Q700 running Jelly Bean 4.2.1




Do you want to root your Xolo Q700 running Jelly Bean 4.2.1. Here is a step by step tutorial to root Xolo Q700 running Android Jelly Bean 4.2.1.

Disclaimer : I am not responsible if you brick your phone or if u make any other damage to your phone.

So Lets Start :

1. First of all make sure your phone is running Android Jelly Bean 4.2.1 , go to Settings > About to verify this.


2. Download This File - motochopper.zip and extract it completely using WinRAR or WinZip.

3. Enable USB Debugging , Go to Settings > About phone and tap 7 times on Build number to enable Developer options, now Go to Settings > Developer options to enable Enable USB debugging mode.

4. Enable Unknown sources from Settings > Security.

5. Connect USB Cable to phone , then connect it to your Computer. (In your mobile select USB storage Mode).


6. Now go to the Folder where you extracted the downloaded file from Step 2, and execute "run.bat" (Windows User)

Note:- If you get stuck after this step like you see on the screen, "Waiting for device.." and nothing happens , then you don't have proper drivers installed , install the drivers and then execute run.bat. Also make sure no other Android application is running like BlueStacks, etc.

7. The Rooting process will start , and when it is finished , it will say Press any key continue ( See below screenshot).


8. Your phone will reboot , to verify the root has been successful , check the SuperSU app in the App Drawer or verify it by using any Root Checker app from PlayStore.

Congratulations !!!!! , you have successfully rooted your phone :D
